Champagne - Hervieux-Dumez - Brut Reserve

A traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier.  This Premier Cru wine is blended with 50% reserve wines from previous vintages.  It’s aromatically complex with full flavors of biscuit and grapefruit and slight minerality. This is a wine to enjoy with a meal or cheese plate.

30 % Chardonnay

25% Meunier
