Blanc de Blancs, is a term that originated in Champagne, referring to Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.  It’s a distinguished title over traditional Champagne that's a blend of three grapes.  Join in for an exclusive seated tasting showcasing the West Coast’s most extensive collection of Grower Blanc de Blancs side by side with Blizzard Wines' Oregon Chardonnay. Tickets include wine flight. Specialty curated meat and cheese boards available for purchase.  Individual tables will be set for ticket sets purchased in groups of 2-6 guests.
